- retail banking (34.3%): activities in France (61% of Net Banking Product; over 6 million customers at the end of 2013; 7,000 agencies under the Crédit Lyonnais corporate name) and abroad (39%; 6 million customers; 2,081 agencies; owns 20.2% of the No. 2 in Portugal, Banco Espirito Santo). The group also owns 25% in 38 Caisses Régionales (1st banking network in France; 7,000 branches);
- asset management, insurance and private banking (28.2%): EUR915 billion of assets under management at the end of 2013;
- finance, investment and market banking (19.8%; Crédit Agricole CIB): standard and specialized bank financing activities (financing for acquisitions, projects, aeronautical and maritime assets, etc.), stock operations, consulting in mergers and acquisitions, investment capital, etc.;
- specialized financial services (17.7%): factoring (No. 1 in France; Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring), consumer loan (Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance; EUR70 billion in current credits at the end of 2013) and leasing (No. 1 in France; Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring; EUR21 billion in current credits).
