Ageas reports on the progress of share buy-back programme

Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 8 August 2018, Ageas reports the purchase of 37,500 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 31-12-2018 until 04-01-2019.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 13 August 2018, Ageas has bought back 1,973,077 shares for a total amount of EUR 85,488,866. This corresponds to 0.97% of the total shares outstanding.
