LONDON, United Kingdom - October 30, 2017 - Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) today announced that nVent Electric plc ("nVent") filed its initial Form 10 Registration Statement ("Form 10") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
